Terms of use

Effective August 24, 2026 Last updated August 24, 2026

These terms cover your use of this website only. If you subscribe to Ledgerstone, the software itself is governed by a separate subscription agreement, and that agreement takes precedence over anything here.

1 · What these terms cover

This site is a marketing and information site. It carries no user accounts and no customer data. Using it means reading it and, if you choose, sending us a message through the contact form.

It does not cover the Ledgerstone application. Access to the product is governed by the subscription agreement signed with it, which addresses your data, availability, support and termination.

2 · Acceptable use of this site

Please don’t use this site to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to submit automated or bulk messages through the contact form, to scrape it in a way that degrades it for others, or to submit anyone’s personal information other than your own.

3 · Accuracy of what’s published here

We publish current scope with a date, and we mark statements that are still being verified. Product capabilities and prices described here can change; where they do, the page changes with them and the change is a deliberate one. Nothing on this site is a contractual commitment on its own.

4 · Intellectual property

The Ledgerstone name, the tally mark, the text and the design of this site belong to Ledgerstone. You’re welcome to quote from it with attribution and a link.

5 · Third-party trademarks

QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online are trademarks of Intuit Inc., used here for identification only. Ledgerstone is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit Inc. Other product names mentioned on this site, including on the comparison page, are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

Where we link out, we don’t control what’s on the other end and we’re not responsible for it. A link isn’t an endorsement.

7 · Disclaimers

[pending] This section states a legal position and requires owner and counsel input before launch.

8 · Limitation of liability

[pending] This section states a legal position and requires owner and counsel input before launch.

9 · Governing law

[pending] Governing law and jurisdiction follow the legal entity, which is not yet supplied.

10 · Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and changing them requires a deployment, so a change is a deliberate act rather than a silent edit.

11 · Contact

[pending] The legal entity name and the contact address for legal notices.
